Mr Krishna Lingam

Mr Lingman He has a 10 year established private practice based at the Nuffield Hospital Derby. He deals with most of the common general surgical conditions and recently has introduced VNUS which is the "key hole surgery" for the treatment of varicose veins.

Traditionally varicose vein surgery involved a surgical incision in the groin through which the vein is stripped. This new key hole operation uses a very small incision, with quicker recovery, minimal scarring and good cosmetic results. The procedure can be performed under local anaesthesia unlike the traditional operation.
